We were directed to the customer waiting area by another consultant and were subsequently greeted by Ms. Sone. We gave her the information on the ES350 we liked and from that moment she began the process of making the vehicle ours. What was just to begin the search to find that right vehicle ended in becoming a purchase, and in a very short amount of time. What a great salesperson and sales experience. This was our first encounter with Sterling McCall Lexus and I am happy to say it was a great one! We contacted several Lexus dealerships in Houston and the only person to call us back immediately was Richard Joseph and from that moment on we had an intense outpouring of customer service from him. He not only gave us a great deal on our car but he suggested the best time to fly in and pickup our car from your company. He offered to pick my wife and I up from the airport which surprised us a bit. He showed up at the dealership early to make sure to meet us on arrival. Our car was detailed upon arrival, filled with gas, and had only 50 miles on it! Up to this point we were very impressed with the customer service we received from Richard but it was the moment after we purchased our car that shocked us. Once the deal was done and he "had the sale" we expected the helpfulness to taper off but to our surprise he showed his authentic love for his customers and insisted that we do not drive home until he explains EVERY feature of our car. He took out every piece of anything that moved in the car and explained to us how best to clean it, store, and use every function. He set up our customer features. We left your dealership full of joy that there are still a few decent people in this world that love helping others. Three weeks ago my father asked me to help him buy a Lexus. I was so impressed with the level of service from your company that I decided not to shop around and trust that my experiences with Richard would be repeated. I was sure glad I saved his business card for six years in my wallet! It makes me feel intelligent to shop at your dealership :) My dad didn't want to drive to Houston from New Orleans and Richard didn't want him to pay for a delivery fee so he offered to drive the 6 1/2 hours for FREE the day after my dad paid for the car! My dad is a old school businessman and trusts no one but when Richard dropped the car off he mentioned the same things I loved about buying from Richard. I want to also mention that we offered to pay Richard for the delivery or at least allow us to pay the gas but he refused. When he flew back to Houston he called me to thank me for introducing my father to your dealership. I will need another Lexus in a few years and will buy from you even though we moved to Knoxville TN. One of my dad's friends is moving to New Orleans and has already asked me to help buy a Lexus for him too. I am writing you this letter to let you know that you have earned our respect and loyalty because of everything you did not owe us but willingly did to make sure we are thrilled to buy a Lexus. Best Regards, Sam & Nicola Dalili Just a note to tell you what an EXCEPTIONAL experience we had yesterday purchasing our 2013 Lexus RX350 FWD! Having purchased two Lexus' from Sterling McCall in the past twelve years, we came in yesterday so I could drive the new RX350. I wanted to be sure I still liked the way the newer model drove, since I have loved driving my 2002 RX300 for over 10 years now. You promptly introduced us to Nick Bartimmo, who proceeded to give us the best new car-buying experience we have ever had in over 40 years of buying cars! He was friendly and knowledgeable about both the car I had been driving and the new model. His enthusiasm and love of the product was contagious. The test drive and trade-in evaluation both went exceptionally smoothly. Nick was even able to show us the two exact cars I was considering. Of course I loved the new RX even more than my old one and was very excited by all the new features, especially in the area of safety. We went home to consider it further and when we reached our decision, Nick took it from there and told us with 2 hours prep time, the new car would be ready and we could complete the transaction that same day. We came back to the dealership and Nick processed the paper work very promptly, then took us to meet with Ken Banks, the Finance Manager. Ken was also not only happy and friendly, but amazingly efficient at getting all the financing papers locked down, printed and signed by us in record time. We returned to Nick who spent a good 45 minutes or more going over all aspects of the new car and answering all our questions. When we drove off the lot an hour and a half later, we were elated with our purchase, the excellent value and the overall experience. My husband was so thrilled, after "defecting" to BMW (although also your dealership), he's seriously considering returning for another Lexus for himself! Thank you for the generous assistance extended to us following our 100,000 mile checkup. Our 2005 Lexus GX 470 is the first Luxury vehicle we have owned. It has more than exceeded our expectations. The body is still incredibly beautiful to me. My husband is most pleased with the inner workings. The GX has been a great blessing for our family. We will continue to take good care of our GX for as long as we own it. As we enter the more “senior :) years” of life, we would like to continue to have Lexus be our vehicle of choice. My wife and I are very pleased with the courtesies and treatment given to us on our second Lexus purchase from Sterling McCall and I would be remiss not to bring our great experiences to your attention. In fact, due to a major faux pas as it related to the installation of our Sirius satellite radio system your two gentlemen offered us dinner for two at "The Palm Restaurant", for which my wife and I thank you. I write also to ask for your advice on what I can do to ensure that Mr. Martin Ma receives the highest accolade within Lexus nationwide, such as he is recognized for the thoroughness and consistency in care he showed not only me, but surely all his clients. His service began when we first met ... he offered me a Lexus that fit my requirements and within my price range ... then he provided me all documentation to alleviate the concerns I had on the car's maintenance history, as well as provided invaluable financing advice. Most impressive was his recommendation to personally notify him of any issues with the car post-sale. Upon closure of the sale, Mr. Martin Ma personally delivered my car to the location of my preference.... Sterling McCall Lexus 10422 Southwest Freeway Houston, TX 77074 Dear Sir, I just wanted to express to you about the greatest satisfaction that we experienced on the recent purchase of our 2009 Lexus RX 350. I was in contact over the Internet initially with Richard Joseph. He was very prompt at answering our questions and replying to me. We also requested literature on the Lexus which was also promptly sent to us. Even though our intentions were pretty much set on the Acura MDX -- my husband was leaning toward this vehicle -- I really liked the style of the Lexus and had a desire to test drive it. I called Richard Joseph and set up an appointment on Saturday morning, March 1st, as we were going to stop in on our way to buy some oak trees in Rosenberg, I really fell in love with the Lexus on the test drive -- my husband was even greatly impressed by the smooth, quiet ride. Well, Richard took us in his office and was very patient, detailed, offered so much information, yet was not pushy in the least. Richard was the MOST professional sales consultant we have ever dealt with. I know that his time was quite valuable, but he treated us as we were his only customer that day, never hurrying and always the utmost professional. We just wanted to express to you how very pleased and satisfied we were with the service and knowledge that Richard Joseph offered to us and how fortunate that you are to have him as a consultant.
