Tim Huynh became sarcastic and dismissive, telling me I should just “go buy a Genesis or an Acura” — something you simply don’t say to a customer. You don’t tell people what to buy just because they ask a question about pricing. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially at a luxury dealership where professionalism and respect should be the baseline
